CorelDRAW and Photoshop are generally categorized as Raster & Vector Graphics Editors, while Figma is primarily a UI/UX Design and Prototyping Tool. SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) is a file format specification rather than a software application itself.

Here is a breakdown of their categories:

Software Applications

Name  Primary Category Secondary Category(ies) Key Function
CorelDRAW Vector Graphics Editor Desktop Publishing Used for creating logos, brochures, and detailed illustrations that scale without pixelation [1].
Photoshop Raster Graphics Editor Digital Painting, Photo Manipulation Best for editing photos, creating digital art, and working with pixel-based images [1].

In summary, all of these tools deal with visual design, but CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Figma are applications used to create or manipulate digital assets, which are then saved in formats such as SVG.

Code

Here, I mentioned the respective details of all the software(s) which I covered.

Software for making presentations, brochures, pamphlets, and visual aids generally fall into two categories: presentation software and desktop publishing (DTP) software, with some versatile graphic design tools bridging the gap.

Presentation Software

These tools are designed primarily for creating digital slide decks, often incorporating multimedia and interactive elements.

Desktop Publishing & Design Software

These tools offer more control over typography, layout, and print-ready outputs, making them ideal for professional brochures, pamphlets, and multi-page documents.

A wide range of software is available for creating presentations, brochures, pamphlets, and other visual aids, from industry-standard professional suites to intuitive, AI-powered online platforms. The best choice often depends on user skill level and specific project requirements.
